Madame Le Hoang Diep Thao – Vietnamese businesswoman, female coffee general, is the founder of the two most successful coffee companies in the history of the Vietnamese coffee industry and has the desire to affirm the position of Vietnamese Robusta Coffee.
Over the past 15 years, she has traveled to more than 43 countries, attended more than 230 international forums and seminars to promote Vietnamese coffee, and is determined to “changing the game” in the industry international coffee, where Robusta coffee dominates global trade but there is not yet a worthy recognition for the value of this coffee bean.

Ms. Le Hoang Diep Thao – Founder and General Director of TNI Corporation, is a Vietnamese businesswoman and coffee general. She is the co-founder of Trung Nguyen Group and directly ran this Group from 1998 to 2014.
She has great merit in making Trung Nguyen and G7 the leading coffee brand in Vietnam and reaching out to the world. Currently, she is the founder and operator of King Coffee, under her leadership, King Coffee has been present in more than 120 countries and territories around the world, including major markets such as the United States, Korea, China, Singapore, Russia, UAE, etc.
She is implementing two big projects for the community, Women Can Do, which aims to support 100,000 women to start a business by 2025 and Happy Farmers with the aim of bringing a better life to coffee farmers in the West Original. In December 2021, at Dubai Expo 2020, she launched an inspirational autobiography called The Queen of King Coffee – a book sharing about Ms. Diep’s practical business and management experiences. Thao as the founder and CEO of King Coffee, an inspiration to all women and young entrepreneurs who dream of succeeding in business. The English version of the book is on sale on Amazon. Vietnamese version books are being sold at King Coffee nationwide, Fahasa bookstores nationwide and on King Coffee Super App. On the Super App, you can order and have it delivered to your door.
With her contributions to society and the coffee industry, in 2020, Ms. Le Hoang Diep Thao was awarded the “Most Admired CEO in Vietnam” award by Global Brands Magazine (UK)) in the field of Food & Beverage. Also in 2020, she was elected to the position of Vice President of the Vietnam Coffee and Cocoa Association (VICOFA) Session IX (2017-2020). In 2022, she was voted by the UAE’s Global Business Review magazine as “Vietnamese Entrepreneur of the Year 2022”.
