MADAME LE HOANG DIEP THAO STARTS THE PROGRAM TO GIVE 150 WEHOME CAFÉ FOR WOMEN WITH DIFFICULTY IN DAK LAK PROVINCE

On the morning of July 26th, 2023, at the Headquarters Hall of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations of Buon Ma Thuot City, continuing the Women Can Do program to inspire, helping 100,000 women start a business, the City Women’s Union cooperated with TNI King Coffee to organize a meeting with 37 women with difficulty in the area to consider and award the WeHome Café model, as well as receiving other support from the Women’s Union and TNI King Coffee Company. Attending this event were Mr. Nguyen Thanh Liem – Vice Chairman of the People’s Council of Buon Ma Thuot City, Ms. Le Thi Thanh – Chairwoman of the Women’s Union of Buon Ma Thuot City, Ms. Le Thi Thanh Huong – Vice President of the Union. The program of giving away 150 WeHome Café, coffee making and operating tools is fully funded by Madame Le Hoang Diep Thao. In addition, the Women Can Do project will support training in business knowledge, financial management, making menu drinks, using ePOS software integrated in King Coffee Super App, to help women operate the model in the most effective way.

Sharing about the goal of this project, Madame Diep Thao said: “We strive to guide Central Highlands women to create a livelihood and be more independent in life. Therefore, we have donated many WeHome Café models to guide women in the Central Highlands.”

Speaking at this event, Ms. Le Thi Thanh – Chairwoman of the Buon Ma Thuot City Women’s Union shared that she has known about the WeHome Café model and the Women Can Do project for a long time. She hopes that this is an opportunity for women to join the project’s start-up business model, take control of their lives, bring stable income to their families and make positive contributions to society. She also thanked Madame Le Hoang Diep Thao and TNI King Coffee for collaborating with the Women’s Union of Buon Ma Thuot City to implement a project to support disadvantaged women in the area.

The staff of the Women Can Do project said that they will visit each women’s family to survey the ground and approve the documents to give the car to their. Wehome Café will be donation period is in August and September.

On the afternoon of July 26, the Women Can Do project presented the first WeHome Café to Ms. Do NaVi (Village 14, Ea Dar, Ea Kar, Dak Lak). Ms. Navi will do business at number 303, residential group 3, Eakamop Eakar town, Dak Lak. This donation officially opened the event of giving away a WEHome Café car by Madame Le Hoang Diep Thao.

After phase 1, the Women Can Do project will implement phase 2, continuing to donate WeHome Café to disadvantaged women in Dak Lak province.
