TNI King Coffee accompanies the Vietnam Women's Union and women's unions across provinces nationwide to support 100,000 women in starting their businesses.

On November 19, 2020, TNI King Coffee signed an agreement with the Ho Chi Minh City Women's Union to implement the 'Women Can Do' program within the city. This project, in collaboration with the Vietnam Women's Union and women's unions across provinces nationwide, aims to support 100,000 women in entrepreneurship and affirm their position in society, contributing to the government's initiative (Supporting Women's Entrepreneurship for the 2017-2025 period).

The 'Entrepreneurship and Employment for Women' Festival attracted more than 2,000 participants at Dong Ho Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City. This activity was part of a series of events and workshops on 'Women's Entrepreneurship and Employment' piloted in eight units of the Women's Union in districts and wards of Ho Chi Minh City from September 2020 to December 2020 and was planned to be extended to the remaining 16 districts in 2021.

The workshop activities also took place in various localities nationwide to establish a sustainable consumption chain for safe products, contributing to the 'Vietnamese prioritize Vietnamese products' movement.

Through these initiatives, women interested in entrepreneurship and business startups can realize their ideas and confidently register their businesses through the 'Women Can Do' program with various business models such as becoming King Coffee product distributors (WE agents), franchising WEHome Café, Grab & Go, Premium outlets, among others.

The project also organized training activities, guiding the application of technology in management and business development through the 'WE 4.0' mobile app, enhancing value and benefits for union members.

Women Can Do is a business ecosystem operating on both offline and online platforms (through the WE 4.0 mobile app), specifically tailored for Vietnamese women in entrepreneurship. It was conceived by female entrepreneur Le Hoang Diep Thao, the CEO of TNI King Coffee and co-founder of the Trung Nguyen Group.

Through the Women Can Do project, I aspire to impart inspiration and ignite the desire for success, fostering an optimistic spirit in business for Vietnamese women. I aim to empower millions of dreams of starting a business by sharing the experiences and business strategies I have accumulated over the past 25 years. We hope for the best outcomes for the Women Can Do journey, aiming to achieve the goal of supporting 100,000 women in entrepreneurship from 2020 to 2025.

Moreover, TNI King Coffee will support establishing startup incubators in districts and areas with a high number of program participants. This support includes providing startup libraries, technology-assisted training software (E-learning), and inviting experts to directly assist in participant training.

Previously, during the Capital Women's Entrepreneurship and Creativity Day, the 'Women Can Do' project was officially launched on a broad scale under the initiative of the Central Vietnam Women's Union and TNI King Coffee. Most recently, on October 13, at the Awards Ceremony for the 2020 Women's Entrepreneurship Competition honoring 68 outstanding entrepreneurial projects, TNI-King Coffee sponsored over 700 million Vietnamese dong.

In the upcoming journey, not limiting itself to the seven registered provinces for the Women Can Do program's pilot implementation, TNI King Coffee plans to collaborate with local Women's Union chapters to expand the project nationwide, extending the opportunity for entrepreneurship to women.
